Shipping

Free standard ground shipping on orders over $150 within the continental U.S. Under $150, shipping is a flat $12.99. The exact price shows at checkout before you pay.

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays. Your location and product availability can change the timing.

Free shipping does not include oversize or hazardous items. Tires, wheels, batteries, oil and chemicals, winches, plows, and other heavy, oversize, or hazardous items are charged at actual cost, even on orders over $150. Some have destination limits.

Items can ship from our shop or from U.S. supplier and distributor warehouses. That can mean more than one package, more than one tracking number, and more than one shipping charge. Bike Shop Racing is responsible for the whole order either way.

We email a tracking number when an item ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We ship within the United States only. We cannot ship outside the U.S. We cannot change an address after an order ships. If a package comes back because of an address error, a refusal, or failed delivery attempts, you pay the return shipping and the cost to send it again.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once it leaves the warehouse, it becomes a return. Special-order items cannot be canceled once they are ordered.
