Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, then ship it back within 7 days of approval. The item must be new and unused, with tags attached, in its original box or bag, with every piece included. We accept returns from customers inside the U.S. only.
Do not ship anything back until we approve it. Email sales@bikeshopracing.com with your order number and the product name or part number. If we approve it, we issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Returns go to the original vendor warehouse. Write the RA number on the package and the shipping label — packages without one are refused. Ship with tracking and insurance.
Fees

| Changed your mind, wrong size, or wrong item | You pay return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies. Original shipping is not refunded. If the order shipped free, $12.50 is deducted from your refund. |
| Returned without acceptable original packaging | A $10 repackaging fee also applies. |
| Factory-defective or damaged out of the box | No fees. We send a prepaid return label. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the product, label, and packaging. |
Size exchanges
For helmets, jerseys, pants, jackets, gloves, or boots that don’t fit, we waive the restocking fee once per order if you request a size exchange within 10 days of delivery and place a new order for the size you need. The item must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags, in its original packaging. You pay return shipping. The replacement ships at our standard rates. Other items are not direct exchanges — return for a refund and place a new order.
What can’t be returned
- Special-order items and custom products
- Electronics and electrical items unless defective
- Coilovers, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbo kits
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Anything that has been installed or used
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we approve the return at the vendor warehouse, minus any fees. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it.
